It’s almost time for our annual Primary Summer Kick-off Activity!
We are so excited to invite all of our Primary children (ages 3-11) to an afternoon of fun, creativity, and service.
We have a "Rock 'n' Roll" themed activity planned that focuses on beautifying our community and enjoying the sunshine together.
Here is everything you need to know:
The Activity
The "Rock Snake" Project: We are starting a community rock snake! Every child will get to paint a bright, colorful rock with designs or uplifting messages to add to our growing snake. Rocks and paint will be provided!
Trash Pickup: We’ll spend some time picking up litter and making sure the play area is clean for everyone. Gloves and trash bags will be provided!
"Roll" Station: Bring your bikes/scooters, and helmets! We will have a decorating station where the kids can decorate with streamers and flair.
Important Details for Parents
Please have your children wear play clothes that can get a little messy.
Please apply sunscreen - we are hoping for a warm day! Water will be provided.
Supervision: To ensure everyone stays safe and has a great time, we ask that parents stay to supervise their younger children, particularly during the bike/scooter and trash collection portions.
What to Bring: A bike or scooter, a helmet, sunscreen, and a spirit of service!
We can't wait to see our Primary "rockstars" serving and playing together. Thank you for all you do to support your children in the gospel!

Starting on Sunday, May 10th, Missionary Preparation class will be held in the Relief Society room at the Stake Center. Class will continue every other Sunday after that. We invite all prospective missionaries to attend.
Starting on Sunday, January 18th, you'll have option to attend a Gospel Fundamentals class. In the Stage Overflow will be a Gospel Principles class that focuses on the basics using the same material as the class in the Relief Society room, just geared more for new converts or anyone needing to get back to the basics. It will be taught by our ward missionaries.
The First Presidency is pleased to announce that effective immediately, young women who choose to serve a full-time mission may begin their service at age 18 following graduation from high school or its equivalent.
While the Lord asks every worthy, able young man as part of his priesthood responsibility to prepare for and serve a mission, we reiterate that missionary service remains an optional opportunity for young women. We recognize that for those young women who desire to serve a full-time mission, the choice of age to begin service will not be the same for everyone.
We extend our love to the youth of the Church and commend them for their faithfulness.

What better way to start your Sabbath day than with the Tabernacle Choir.
Music & the Spoken Word is streamed live Sunday mornings at 9:30 am.
“Behold my Spirit is upon you, wherefore all thy words will I justify; and the mountains shall flee before you, and the rivers shall turn from their course; and thou shalt abide in me, and I in you; therefore walk with me.”
Moses 6:34
The new Temple Square Visitors’ Center in Salt Lake City is a welcoming place to learn about the role of Jesus Christ in daily life.
Through art, interactive exhibits, and quiet spaces, you are invited to learn about Christ’s teachings, the purpose of temples, and the promises made there. A scale model of the Salt Lake Temple and rooms inspired by temples around the world help explain what happens inside these sacred buildings.
The experience centers on Jesus Christ and how faith in Him guides life beyond Temple Square—through service, compassion, and personal devotion. You are welcome to explore, reflect, and experience a moment of peace.
The Temple Square Visitors' Center will be fully opened to the public beginning May 18th.
